Job Description
• Manage all remedial processes for claims for repairs from services, whether warranty or non-warranty • Build and maintain relations with the dealer or principal • Establish good relationships with customers • Leading a team consisting of CS, Technicians and delivery • Provide periodic reports to management
Job Requirements
Qualification: • University graduates are preferred in the electro field • 3-5 years of experience in leading service / technician teams • Experience in parts management, reading schemes, services • Understand the process and flow of service centers and Claims of Merchandise / guarantees to principals • Can communicate in English
